Aufgaben:
- Personnel planning and coordination of the offshore teams
- Planning logistical solutions based on work schedules and timetables
- Prioritizing work orders via SAP
- Maintenance of the visual planning boards
- Daily tracking of weather and yield activities
Qualifikationen:
- Completed apprenticeship or studies with a technical or business background
- Experience in resource planning, preferably for technicians or other personnel
- Knowledge of project planning and organization
- Ideally work experience in wind energy
- A high sense for responsibility and motivation
- Good knowledge of MS Office and good English skills
