- Generate and roll-out of Medical skill training toolkit in close collaboration with and based on needs of Medical Functions - Support design of comprehensive training modules in collaboration with subject matter experts focusing on most relevant medical competencies - Develop and maintain standards for training in collaboration with regional and local stakeholders - Assess, develop and conduct/facilitate trainings for e.g. communication, data interpretation, insight gathering and sharing skills - Establish mechanisms to assess training effectiveness, analyse outcomes, and implement continuous improvements - Provide continuous support, regularly update training content, and foster a learning culture within the medical team - Stimulate Medical / Scientific discourse amongst affiliate Medicals - Coordinate recent, relevant publication interpretation, presentation, discussion meetings and trainings - Track participation and engagement levels, gather feedback, and adjust training to enhance interaction and knowledge exchange - Develop standardized, harmonized Medical onboarding plans on a regional and local level
