- Order Processing & Invoicing: Efficiently manage and process customer orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy of the documentation and timely record-keeping. - Shipment Coordination: Oversee the booking and tracking of domestic and international road freight shipments, coordinating with European warehousing and forwarding agents to ensure on-time delivery. - Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, providing quotations, and keeping customers updated on shipment progress, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. - Cost Management & Negotiation: Review and approve service provider invoices for accuracy. Negotiate competitive rates and terms with service providers, address any losses caused by them, and ensure cost-effectiveness. - Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to shipments and service providers, ensuring minimal disruption to the supply chain and maintaining positive relationships. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Logistics, Sales, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and operations. - Stock Management: Perform weekly stock reconciliations with partner warehouses to ensure accurate inventory levels.
