- Ensuring the continuous and smooth operation of the non-linear imaging laboratories - Maintenance and servicing of imaging setups, including commercial laser scanning microscopes (LSM) and in-house developments - Support and maintenance of ultrashort pulse lasers - Communication with manufacturers and service providers - Ordering spare parts, laboratory accessories and consumables - Cataloguing and management of existing optical and mechanical components - Updating and maintenance of safety equipment, e.g. in the area of laser protection (laser safety goggles, etc.) - Maintaining and updating safety documentation - Support and supervision of external guests during measurements and experiments
