First experience in sales, account management or customer service (internships or part-time work is considered) Fluent in English; German and additional language skills are very beneficial Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Natural affinity and skill set for numbers and details. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently on self-set goals as well as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
