IT System Administrator (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
- Administration of our software and hardware as well as the communication infrastructure
- Management, maintenance, and continuous optimisation of the entire IT infrastructure of the firm
- Support and further development of the deployed software solutions, particularly in the area of tax consultancy software and accounting tools
- Monitoring of network security and implementation of IT security measures
- Automation of IT processes and improvement of workflows both internally and for clients
- Support and training of staff on IT-related questions and technical issues
- Providing technical support for our clients regarding IT inquiries
- Ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure
Qualifikationen:
- Degree in Computer Science (Bachelor)
- Practical experience in the administration and maintenance of Windows servers and network infrastructures
- Knowledge of the administration of tax consultancy software DATEV
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server)
- Familiarity with network administration (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN)
- Experience with backup and recovery solutions
- Independent and structured working style, with strong problem-solving skills
- High level of teamwork, communication skills, and pronounced service orientation
- Ideally, experience with IT security solutions and their implementation
- Good language skills in German (min. C1) and ideally in Dutch
