Ihre Aufgaben:
- Proactively researches and locates necessary tools to identify and avert troublesome trends as they develop.
- Ensures the stable performance of IT infrastructure (private and public clouds) through monitoring technologies.
- Participates in various IT projects intended to continually improve/upgrade hybrid cloud infrastructure and systems.
- Acts as a escalation for resolving of hybrid cloud infrastructure related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Recommends improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Identify opportunities for automation and develop scripts or workflows to streamline IT processes, reducing manual intervention. Implement automation tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and best practices. Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members for reference.
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field (Beneficial).
- You are a strong communicator and like to actively share good ideas. You are an ambitious self-starter, who likes to keep on developing. As a self-starting professional you can work well under minimal supervision. You will be part of a motivated Team with an innovative mind-set.
- Experience working in hybrid environments (private and public clouds).
- Public Cloud environments: Azure, AWS. - Linux Knowledge: Debian, RHEL, Ubuntu, etc.
- Scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, etc.
- Orchestration and automation: Ansible, Puppet, Chef or PowerShell DSC would be highly beneficial. Printer-Management (beneficial).
- You come with a strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices. Experience in implementing ITIL methodologies to enhance system performance, incident management, and service delivery is essential.
