- You support the team in answering legal inquiries, especially from the commercial team and help with drafting and reviewing legal documents such as NDAs and Service Agreements - You will be heavily involved in legal projects relating to data protection and information security - You solve legal questions through research and prepare comprehensive expert opinions to be used by internal stakeholders in their decision-making process - You support the team in fulfilling capital market requirements such as verifying the legal and commercial background of our Clients and regularly reporting to the respective regulatory authorities - You will be heavily involved in upcoming financial and regulatory audits and take on subtasks - You monitor the relevant regulatory provisions and keep the team updated on relevant developments
