Aufgaben:
- You primarily will support the European Nordson Industrial Precision Solutions (IPS) business as a Financial Controller (m/f/d) by providing any kind of financial reporting and analysis to help gaining business insights for decision making and to successfully managing the operational, mainly sales oriented Nordson units.
- As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected.
- Preparation of various reports. This refers to all Profit & Loss account positions, inventory, receivables, backlog and headcount.
- Provide financial analysis timely and accurately.
- Assistance in planning and forecasting activities.
- Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate and complete financial records.
- Assist in month end and year end closing processes.
- Proactively identify weaknesses and provide suggestions for improvement.
Qualifikationen:
- Ideally bachelor's degree of economics or equivalent.
- Alternatively specialized vocational education with 3 years operating accounting or controlling experience for an international operating company.
- Experienced in SAP, strong in Microsoft Excel and data analyses.
- Knowledge in IFRS/US GAAP, HGB desirable.
- Accurate work style.
- Keen perception as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
- Service & problem-solving orientation for internal customers.
- Good English skills in written and spoken.
