You lead, manage, and develop a team of facility operations and workplace professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment You oversee the daily infrastructure, facility, and utility operations across 85+ locations in multiple countries. This includes managing maintenance, repairs, planned preventive maintenance, renovations, janitorial operations, etc. and coordinating facility emergency support where needed You ensure compliance with country building regulations and collaborate with our Environment, Health and Safety Team You regularly execute location visits and conduct facility satisfaction surveys and You manage the renovation and building expansion project pipeline, monitor facility spending on regional and location level, propose cost-saving initiatives and discuss them with regional leadership team You facilitate communication between the EMEA facility programs team, facility coordinators, and local sales, service and delivery managers on critical initiatives and projects You build out a workplace management team and operations for our Berlin sales, service, and delivery headquarters
