- You manage the sustainability team and initiative in line with the strategy and guideline for CSR and ESG business issued by the BNPP Group and PF. - You further develop Consors Finanz´s sustainability strategy ensuring alignment with Central stakeholders and the German Territory. - You ensure a high level of awareness and understanding of sustainability initiatives across all functions and business lines in CF. You ensure compliance with relevant regulations and (reporting) standards. - You monitor the performance via dedicated KPIs and key to impact measurements. - You lead and motivate the team to achieve individual and department goals. - You expand the internal network and build a sustainability network within CF.
