Master's degree in Architecture or Construction Engineering or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability Proficient in REVIT and BIM 360, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud package, full understanding of CAD applications and international drawing convention standards Knowledge and experience working with local building code, European Accessibility act, zoning, and other applicable laws Understanding of project scheduling and the ability to communicate and work closely with consultants to ensure that project milestones are being met on time and complete Strong understanding of Construction Technical Engineering and its implementation processes Advanced project management skills, demonstrated application of project and program management fundamentals to complex engineering problems Excellent communication and documentation skills with ability to understand complex problems and distill the message into a clear plan Willingness to travel
