Aufgaben:
You will be working with a variety of stakeholders globally including engineering, marketing, design, copywriters, sales and legal teams ensuring you deliver to objectives and while creating impactful marketing and communications campaigns across the region. Work with the Marketing Programs Lead in Europe and other marketing team members to develop targeted strategies and execute activities that enable the Tesla Residential Energy channel sales teams and our partners to hit their sales targets, esp. in Germany, but also across the region Work with our internal Design, Engineering, Sales and Content teams as well as external vendors to develop consistent and tailored localized messaging for different channels to increase Powerwall awareness and consideration understanding where our products fit in the market in different countries Plan and execute events together with installation partners or for Tesla. This can be trade shows, B2C events at Tesla locations or events with a B2B audience. Source and execute paid opportunities like advertorials or product placements Execute localized email marketing campaigns to end customers and installation partners Prepare and run various marketing activities for new product or feature launches
Qualifikationen:
To succeed, this candidate must be energetic, highly organized, data-driven, and have a keen eye for detail. They should have a passion for sustainable energy and the ability to create exceptional marketing and communication campaigns to increase awareness and drive sales. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be a supportive member of the team. They should be comfortable working in ambiguity and have a strong ownership mentality. Hands-on work experience developing growth and marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition, generating leads and executing results-based marketing programs Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or evidence of exceptional ability Strong sense of ownership, willingness to drive projects and deliver results Proficiency in building clear, compelling value propositions that can be expressed in a variety of media to all levels of the organization Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English. Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch or French being a plus Experience working in business-to-business (B2B) roles is a plus Ability to travel (~20%), mainly within Europe, but could include global destinations
