Customs Specialist (m/f/d) for Spares Business - AIRBUS
Aufgaben:
You will work as Customs Support (m/f/d) in Hamburg close to the commercial airport, Fuhlsbüttel and your following tasks include:
- Support in the monitoring of the customs broker in relation with German customs colleagues
- Assistance in the management of national and international customs regulations and translations of the impacts to the customs broker
- Participation in the preparation of monthly customs statements
- Analysis before responding to inquiries from the main customs offices regarding the monthly financial statement
- Support for the verification and preparation of Intrastat declarations
Qualifikationen:
- Degree in business administration, international management, supply chain / logistics or a comparable qualification
- Work experience in logistics, quality management and supply chain / logistics
- Customs experience should be at least 2 years
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Business fluent in German and English
- The ability to quickly recognise and analyse technical relationships and functions
- Independent, structured and results-orientated work in order to achieve targets on time and coordinate work processes efficiently
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels
