- Educational background as Cutting machine Operator, Toolmaker, CNC Technician or similar. - Minimum of 3 years' Experience with 3 axis or 5 axis machining center required. - Experience in Conversational Programming beneficial (Siemens 840D and/or Mazatrol SmoothX) - Experience with conventional lathe, surface grinder and milling machines beneficial. - Must be able to work from complex and detailed documentation and/or verbal and written instructions depending on situation. - Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions setup sheets. - Experience with operating and maintaining a wide variety of hand and power tools, shop tools, test equipment. Experience operating high volume production machinery preferred. - High level of self-reliance with the ability to work both in a team and autonomously. - Very good technical English language skills required; German language is a plus.
