Civil Engineer - Infrastructure (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
- Construction Supervision: You will be responsible for the technical and professional supervision of construction execution in a variety of projects, particularly in civil engineering, hydraulic engineering, and water supply and disposal.
- Site Management: You will coordinate all project processes during construction supervision, ensuring quality standards are met, monitoring construction progress, and documenting the work. Additionally, you will manage contract amendments and track defects.
- Point of Contact: You will serve as the main contact for clients, contractors, and the project team.
- Tendering: You will assist with contract amendments, tender processes, and the creation of bills of quantities.
Qualifikationen:
- Education: Completed degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Experience: Several years of experience in construction supervision, particularly in civil engineering, with proficiency in VOB and HOAI.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of the technical execution of civil engineering projects, including road construction, drainage, and site development.
- Software Skills: Proficient in AVA software, MS Project, and MS Office.
- Driving Licence: Valid driving licence.
- Personal Attributes: Independent, deadline- and results-oriented working style, strong negotiation and assertiveness skills, along with teamwork and leadership abilities.
- Additional Qualifications: Certifications such as SiGeKo or site manager training are advantageous.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of German (C1) and English (C1); additional European languages are a plus
