As an Operational Controller, you will lead efforts to analyze and control logistics processes, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your work will challenge country teams to enhance their KPIs and achieve operational excellence. - Oversee and control financial and operational aspects of the Groupage network, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. - Implement and monitor quality control measures across the network to ensure optimal performance and compliance with our strategy. - Lead meetings, calls and discussions with country teams to review their KPIs, providing insights and guidance to improve performance and align with DSV's strategic objectives. - Work with cross-functional teams to develop and refine network KPIs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the European Groupage landscape and customer expectations. - Serve as a critical liaison for our European clusters and country organisations, fostering strong network connections and facilitating effective communication.
