Assistant Internal Auditing (m/w/d)
Aufgaben:
- provide administrative support for the leadership team, including scheduling and organizing team meetings and individual meetings for leadership team
- coordinate travel logistics for auditors, ensuring all arrangements are made in a timely and efficient manner
- responsible for the upkeep and organization of various systems such as distribution lists for audit reports, MS Teams folders, Intranet, Team calendars, etc.
- assist in various communication activities, ensuring effective and clear communication within the team and with external stakeholders
- provide assistance in the recruitment process, including onboarding for new team members
Qualifikationen:
- a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
- proven experience as an Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) or in another relevant administrative role
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German language
