Propose and implement continuous improvement actions Build-up and support pre-series systems and ensure the production of customer samples Support in the development of new manufacturing processes for switchable glazing (cutting, gluing, cleaning, welding, soldering) Organize and optimize of production processes in pre-serial lines Collaborate closely with the pre-development team, transfer of know-how to the series development team Work in a dynamic and innovative production environment
