Agronomy Sales Executive (m/f/d) - North America
Aufgaben:
- You work with us on unique projects that do not exist anywhere in the world yet
- We know each other personally and maintain an open and honest contact
- Agronomic monitoring of the entire process of Nexat implementation
- Support of the system from initial start-up to integrated plant production
- Analyses and studies on the introduction of regenerative agriculture
- Sparring partner for product development
- Active monitoring and support of research projects
- Active cooperation with the sales and marketing departments
- Acceptance of orders from our international customers in close cooperation with our area managers
- Checking of orders with regard to availability on the requested date, order confirmations and invoicing
- Preparation of all necessary export documents for our international customers and partners
- Preparation of the necessary customs and foreign trade documents, also by means of electronic data interchange
- Independent correspondence with our branches and forwarding agencies
- Transport planning and coordination of our machines in your area of responsibility
- Early Adopters: acquisition and support of "early adopters' farmers" in relevant agricultural regions and creation of strong relationships with innovative farmers who are willing to embrace new technologies and practices
- Understanding of early Adopter Knowledge, Direct Sales Structure, Focus on HighProfessional Cropping Farms, Eye-Level Communication, Value-Based Selling, Technical Expertise, Relationship Building
- Identification and analysis of new high potential target markets and customers: identification and analysis of new high-potential target markets and customers to reach the company's strategic objective of expanding its customer base and market presence
Qualifikationen:
- Ideally completed studies in the field of agricultural sciences / agricultural economics / agribusiness
- Open and outgoing personality as well as a confident demeanor in negotiations and the ability to work as part of a team
- Strategic thinking, analytical approach and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for the Nexat system
- Professional experience in order, export, customs processing and customer support
- Confident use of MS Office applications and an ERP system
- Agricultural, agricultural engineering knowledge is desirable
- A high level of commitment, organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure as well as customer-oriented thinking round off your profile
- Place of performance of this activity is in Nebraska / Iowa
