- Responsibility for accounting in collaboration with three colleagues (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and asset accounting). - Ensuring compliance with accounting standards according to HGB and company regulations, as well as carrying out quarterly and annual financial closing activities. - Processing all tax-related matters and providing support for monthly VAT returns. - Timely execution of payment obligations. - Point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, tax lawyers, and other authorities, including handling correspondence. - Participation in internal projects aimed at optimising processes in the context of digitalisation. - Support in the implementation of an ERP system (Oracle NetSuite).
