- Responsibility for performance and project management of studies for analysis of electrical power systems, network planning and grid development - Responsibility for the planning and analysis of electrical power systems, network structure development, simulation of electrical power systems, modelling electrical network elements including power electronics - Coordinating and aligning engineers from different technical groups and virtual teams within a multi-cultural environment - Actively involved in pre-acquisition and sales activities to grow our business - Integration of power electronic devices, renewable generation, storage devices, etc. into AC grids (conceptual studies, feasibility studies, tender studies, project execution) - Coordination of external partners and sub suppliers
