Customer Acceptance Manager A320 (d/f/m) Ref. 10313866
job description:
- Focal point for all interface teams (e.g., SCQM, Supply Officer, FAL, Logistics)
- Inspection Planning, digitalization projects, KPIs, Certifying Staff and Customer Presentation
- Creation of KPI Dashboards in Skywise together with software programmer
- Lead complex problem solving with respect to quality issues and continuous improvement by defining corrective & preventive actions, identifying and acilitating improvement in order to improve e.g. process performance and product conformity
- Checking and validating manufacturing deviations in the Quality DQ2 step
- Lead Control Plan implementation, follow-up and improvement of a quality control plan
- Generate and present a consolidated quality and conformance view in front of the final assembly lines and procurement by following the evolution and resolution of quality findings
- Ensure planification and execution of operational surveillance
- Implement and maintain an efficient communication with multidisciplinary and transnational stakeholders (suppliers, procurement, production, logistics)
- Ensure cabin product conformity including documentation stating safe operation for all cabin parts and some cargo work packages released to the FALs, plants, customers and integrators.
- Achieve and improve customer satisfaction by securing conformity, airworthiness of delivered products while ensuring systematic feedback loop with A320 Single Aisle FAL Hamburg
- Lead data-driven analysis of inspection findings, associated root causes and derive improvements thereof and provide product quality feedback to supply chain community to ensure continuous update of quality plans and increase right-first time quality
- Carrying out the physical technical incoming inspection of cabin parts according to the customer quality requirements in order to record, analyze and characterize deviations.
