Controller - E2E Business Process Management (m/w/d)
Aufgaben:
Planung und Berechnung des Projekt- und Geschäftsbereichsbudgets
Erstellung der rollierenden Kosten- und Budgetpläne
Planung und Verwaltung der Personalkapazitäten
Durchführung von Plan-/Ist-Analysen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von monatlichen Kosten- und Kapazitätsberichten und -prognosen
Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Strukturen und Prozesse des Controllings für den E2E-Bereich
Ansprechpartner:in für den E2E-Bereich und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem internationalen Management und Controlling
Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Management-Anfragen
Unterstützung der Projektmanager:innen bei allgemeinen Projektmanagement-Tätigkeiten
Planning and calculating the project and business unit budget
Creating rolling cost and budget plans
Planning and managing personnel capacities
Performing target/actual analyses and using these to derive recommendations for action
Creating and further developing monthly cost and capacity reports and forecasts
Establishing and further developing controlling structures and processes in the E2E area
Acting as a contact person for the E2E area as well as closely collaborating with international management and controlling teams
Processing ad-hoc management enquiries
Supporting project managers with general project management activities
Qualifikationen:
Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im (Projekt-)Controlling (Business Cases, Reporting, Ad-hoc-Analysen)
Überdurchschnittliche analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie finanzwirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint in Verbindung mit PowerQuery und ThinkCell)
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und diplomatisches Geschick
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Gutes Verständnis für HR-Prozesse und -Praktiken
Erfahrungen im (agilen) Projektmanagement
Erfahrung mit ServiceNow, SharePoint und Confluence von Vorteil
What you bring with you.
Degree with a focus on business administration or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in (project) controlling (business cases, reporting, ad-hoc analyses)
Above-average analytical and conceptual skills as well as knowledge in the area of financial management
Good command of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint, ideally in combination with PowerQuery and ThinkCell)
Very good communication skills and the ability to communicate diplomatically
Very good German and English language skills
Desirable extras.
Good understanding of HR processes and practices
Experience in (agile) project management
Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint and Confluence is an advantage
