- A true technologist and UT visionist. - MS in physics or the engineering field as well as a true technologist and ultrasound visionist. - Minimum 15 years of experience in the field of non-destructive testing with ultrasound. - Strong track-record in positioning the business for future hardware, software trends having also astrong software background. - Comfortable and familiar with accelerated development cycle - Well entrenched in understanding and evaluation of future technologies - Sound understanding of international standards and norms impacting technology - Established and proven network in industry as well as proven understanding of the customer requirements across the different channels - Leverages technical expertise beyond the current field - Sought out across business to bring creative solutions to difficult problems - Takes full ownership for technical decisions and guidance given - Maintaining professional oral and written communication with the appropriate attire for the environment
