Compensation & Benefits Manager for a premium for a premium
Aufgaben:
- Design and implement salary structures and pay grades, including a compensation policy that aligns with the organization's goals
- Oversee, manage, and steer compensation programs, including base salary, bonuses, and incentive plans
- Ensure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations
- Coordinate and manage the annual PSR, including budget requests, merit increases, and adjustments based on performance evaluations
- Prepare recommendations for salary adjustments based on performance, market data, and budget constraints
- Create and maintain job evaluation processes to determine the relative worth of jobs within the organization
- Review and update job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect job responsibilities and requirements
- Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate compensation levels based on job functions
- Responsible for Executive and Works Council compensation
Qualifikationen:
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze compensation data, conduct market research, and interpret salary trends
- Compensation Principles: Understanding of compensation structures, salary bands, pay equity, and incentive programs
- Employment Laws: Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues related to compensation and develop effective solutions
