Commodity Manager - OEM Services (f/m/d) für AIRBUS Defence and Space
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Establish, implement & monitor a Commodity strategy for the perimeter
- Manage supplier relationships and supplier related development programs
- Lead the (Sub-) Commodity Multi-Functional Team
- Lead and drive to conclusion bids, tenders and supplier selection processes x
- Lead and contribute to Procurement projects & initiatives that aim at delivering synergies and savings
- Lead negotiations with supplier to assure program expectations are meet
- Set-up, negotiate and manage contractual agreements with suppliers, including negotiations for exiting contracts and negotiation of new supplier contracts
- Lead Supplier Evaluation Development and Vendor Management and define plans to develop strategic suppliers
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Ein Studium mit Master/Diplom im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieur, Betriebswirtschaft, Internationales Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Procurement, Engineering, Services, und Project Management
- Experience of working in a matrix environment with a record of successful stakeholder management is mandatory
- Ablility to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks
- Excellent skills in relationship building, team building, empowering, motivating others and conflict management
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to persuade, influence and convince
- Capability of understanding markets, the supply chain and how the business works
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und versierte Englischkenntnisse. Spanisch von Vorteil.
- Tools: MS-Office, SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
