Aufgaben:
- Lead the sourcing activity, manage the tendering and the contract negotiation to achieve the best purchasing conditions in accordance with Company requirements - Part of the Multifunctional/Multidivisional teams all along the tendering, contracting and contract life cycle phases with a trans-national and trans-divisional approach taking into account the worldwide perimeter of the entire Group - Contribute to Airbus Customer Services competitiveness in close cooperation with the Multi-Functional Team - Implement and ensure the application of the engineering services procurement strategy to customers in accordance with the processes - Monitoring contracts with suppliers, ensuring that suppliers deliver the expected performance in all areas (e.g. logistics, support, quality, costs) Managing daily professional and trustworthy relationships with suppliers and executing projects to optimise Airbus value while minimising total cost of ownership and risks and adhering to the company´s ethics and compliance standards in all your dealings - Analysis of supplier landscape - Preparation of decision meetings and coordination of activities and consolidation of information - Best practice exchange, projects and implementation as well as delivery of procurement contribution to transformation initiatives - Risk management activities (e.g. assessment, reporting) for the area of responsibility Efficient, consistent and trusting relationships built with key stakeholders and alignment towards suppliers in the area of responsibility & aggregation of information for procurement leaders - Management of trans-national and trans-divisional sourcing projects and Focal point for the commodity leader - Negotiate, establish and implement national & trans-national frame contracts Manage contracts with contract reviews with Airbus’ internal customers and suppliers, evaluate and improve suppliers’ performance in terms of time, costs and quality and ensure contractual agreements are up-to-date and compliant with the Procurement Policies - Contribute to business case development (incl. validation of procurement baseline) and ensure savings reporting in line with the requirement of Airbus Group and / or divisional savings programs - Provide rules and process information to Business Operations to ensure correct execution of transactional procurement activities to full customer satisfaction
Qualifikationen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbarer Abschluss. - Mindestens 5 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement und/oder Vertragsmanagement - Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP - Mind. gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
