Aufgaben:
- Negotiation of contracts
- Employer branding
- Managing existing customers and acquiring new customers
- Creating offers and proposals for customers
- Conducting market analysis in the sales territory
- Conducting employee training
- Planning your sales strategy and developing key internal and external relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling
- Ensuring customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and other value-added services
- Developing strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sales, and marketing
- Creating reports
Qualifikationen:
- Bachelor's degree, as well as 3-5 years of experience in technical field sales
- Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com, Oracle
- Ability to thrive with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the Mil/Aero industry is required
- Current or recent industry experience and knowledge of the assigned market/territory (e.g., customers, competition)
- Experience with full life cycle services
