Bachelor's Student/Intern (m/f/d) for Bachelor Thesis/Project in Bioinformatics at RBCT
Aufgaben:
Assist in the analysis of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data, such as RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq and scRNA-seq.
Contribute to developing computational tools and scripts for data processing.
Collaborate with researchers to support data interpretation and presentation.
Participate in maintaining computational resources and software under supervision.
Qualifikationen:
Enrollment in a Bachelor's program in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistics.
Experience with programming in R or Python.
Familiarity with Linux or other operating systems is beneficial.
Interest in cancer research and bioinformatics applications.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Good communication skills and proficiency in English; German is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic research environment.
