Azure Operations Engineer (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Manage and control access permissions and rights across various systems and platforms
- Diagnose, and resolve software bugs in our current applications (python and azure based) in a timely and effective manner
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of virtual desktop infrastructures
- Manage and ensure the smooth functioning of web-based services and environments
- Monitor the health and performance of infrastructure, implementing SRE principles to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Handle and respond to service requests, ensuring all user and system issues are resolved
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Deep understanding of Azure services relevant to operations, security, and management.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues across a variety of platforms and softar
- Knowledge of managing and maintaining Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments
- Skills in managing web servers, services, and applications to ensure uptime and performance
- Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering practices and tools for monitoring infrastructure performance
- Know-how of Azure DevOps and pipelines
- Ability to manage service requests with a focus on customer satisfaction and effective communication
