Aufgaben:
The MAP (Mis a Point) team is the engineering support team to the Single-Aisle FAL's (Final Assembly Lines), answering all engineering related questions that arise before aircraft delivery. The team is responsible for supporting all FAL stations up to Flightline and Delivery.
MAP AC Manager acting as interfaces with numerous and different parties - from Production teams to Design office, Program, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering
The Jobholder supports the single Aisle Ramp-up along with being agile to cover extraordinary workloads, shopfloor support, on-call (if required) and weekend recovery
Representing MAP REACT within FAL Organization (Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and other MAP Specialist Team
Supporting MAP specialists ensuring completeness of the input required
Supporting all optimization initiative launched within FAL Organization
Filtering and prioritizing MAP activity against operations of the Aircraft in FAL and Working party phase
Preparing MAP (engineering) status for A/C milestones ensure that all open items are closed or agreed
Managing NC-N priorities for FAL and Pre-FAL topics
Forecast for H & O's on upcoming issues
Organizing cabin walk and MFT's, identify specialists for production-MFT
Communication target dates with reason in MAP Tool (Hubble) and feedback towards production
Immediate reaction on red engineering (NCN-) items per A/C
Feedback to production about missing NCN-quality
Processes support the ongoing digitalisation of the MAP
Qualifikationen:
Have good view on complete technical history of aircraft
Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten, für eine schnelle und direkte Zielerreichung
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um den Informationsfluss in die Abteilungen sicherzustellen
Flugzeugbau mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder
Ingenieurwesen mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder
Luft- und Raumfahrt mind. Bachelor-Studiengang
Configuration Management mind. über 1 Jahr
Engineering mind. über 2 Jahre

Manufacturing Engineering mind. über 2 Jahre
SAP mind. vertiefte Anwendungskenntnis
