Affiliate Manager (m­­,­­w­­,­­d) German

Recruit/look for new Affiliates/IBs and maintain relationships with current Affiliates/IBs Maintain/monitor affiliate programs and activities Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues Search for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate with them to cooperate with the affiliate program Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with existing partners Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on estimated returns on Investment (ROI) Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or policy violations such as spamming or publishing confidential information Review sales reports to determine if campaigns are producing results or need to be improved/discontinued Analyse demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities Coordinate with the creative team in order to prepare the conversion promo materials for Affiliates for specific GEO Write marketing briefs to develop assets for campaigns and initiate new campaign ideas/bonus offers for affiliates Represent company on international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)
