Aufgabe:
- Your main responsibilities are to coach two teams on Scrum and SAFe values, principles and practices
- Facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and sprint retrospective
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team 's progress and performance
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Release Train Engineers to align the team 's goals and priorities with the program and portfolio vision
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, feedback and innovation within the team and across the organization
Qualifikation:
- At least Bachelor 's degree in computer science, engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- Ideally SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe 5 Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
