Student Assistant Operations (m/f/d)
You'll actively support the Operations team in Kaiserslautern by collecting, compiling, validating, and analyzing data for projects and production
You'll be actively involved in the preparation of coordinative and decision events as well as target group-specific PowerPoint presentations, Excel elaborations , etc.
You'll support in data management as well as the documentation of processes
You'll be involved in project administration, task and action tracking, and recurring activities in the day-to-day business
You'll be involved in process definition and preparation of documents for aviation authorities
Your field of study is in economics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business computer science, business management, business engineering, or combinations of studies related to these fields
You have very good language skills in English and German (written and spoken)
You have very good organizational skills and an affinity for technical processes and correlations
You have previous experience in MS Project, SharePoint, as well as database / SQL knowledge, which is advantageous
You have an affinity for health-and-safety-related topics
You like to work in a process-oriented and structured manner
You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy working within a team
