Work Place People Service Lead (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations executed through including guest services/Reception, Canteen with free food to our employees - incl. Event Conference management, Shuttle bus service and Parking (office spaces and peak management),
- Make sure that our external workforce is informed and engaged.
- Work on any ad-hoc related tasks from and for our management, ability to adjust priorities.
- Implement KPIs and own the budget management for the areas of Canteen, Reception and Shuttle Bus Service as well as Event- Conference management.
- Create and build key relationships with stakeholders across the organization and external partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workplace initiatives with company objectives - align with our Facility team in overlapping areas.
- Plan, execute, and monitor various events globally, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Create and implement change management strategies, project documentation, communications, and plans.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Lead vendor contract renewals and occasionally negotiations, ensuring budget compliance and adherence to procurement processes.
- Foster a positive work environment, encourage collaboration, and maintain high engagement within the offices, the Workplace team, and the wider People team.
- Manage allocated resources effectively to ensure the timely completion of projects and events.
Qualifikationen:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Workplace, Community or Event Manager environment or similar role, f.e. Hospitality area.
- Highly service oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong understanding of processes around service, maintenance, and office operations.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent German and English language skills are required.
