Simulation Engineer (m/f/d)

Aufgaben:

- Develop, support and execute advanced simulations and software tool development for synthetic data generation for automotive interior sensing machine learning algorithms - Modelling, texturing, rigging and animation of 3D assets, and building diverse scenes in Blender - Deployment of simulation render jobs on-premise and in cloud - Work closely with machine learning engineers to understand data requirements - Writing high quality, tested and efficient software in Python for our AI/ML Simulation Stack

Qualifikationen:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field with specialization on Computer Simulation, Computer Graphics or Computer Vision - Proven experience with Blender 3D, Modelling, Shading, Animating, Scripting - Practical experience with 3D simulation software, video game development or another related field - Strong software development skills in Python. You have a passion for clean, well-tested, and documented code - Proven experience with the Python libraries NumPy, for n-dimensional arrays, SciPy and OpenCV, or comparable library - Practical experience with Linux, version control systems e.g. Git, DVC - Solid knowledge in classical computer vision and camera calibration - Fluent in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
