Regional HSE Leader - Inspection (d/f/m)
Ihre Aufgaben:
Provide leadership, strategy, and structure to HSE Team in Continental Europe and UK Acting as subject-matter expertise to leadership on HSE topics including lifting and rigging, ionizing radiation, emergency preparedness, working at height and general risk management. Maintaining Government HSE compliance, reporting requirements, and managing the adoption of relevant policies and procedures. Advising and guiding functional managers regarding compliance to governmental regulations, environmental permitting, improvement projects, and both internal and external processes, and procedures, for multiple sites across Continental Europe and the UK. Managing communication externally about HSE matters - with relevant regulators, clients, neighbors, members of the public. Leading on internal communication regionally in conjunction with the Inspection HSE leadership team. Including managing oversight of the local HSE SharePoint sites. Ensures compliance with Internal BH HSE requirements through both Self-Assessment and Internal audit. Work with leadership to ensure practical measures are in place within the workplace to control or reduce risk. Leads and facilitates Risk Reviews as relevant for business units through ITO, implementation, engineering / preparations, inspections, and audits. Monitors HSE performance, present and analyze trending of events and concerns. Creating programs and initiatives to improve performance. Development and maintenance of risk assessments and local procedures to manage and reduce risk based on contractual, BHI, regulatory and/or client requirements. Das bringen Sie mit:
Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR High school diploma / GED Have experience in HSE leadership position. Have working knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used international standards. Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills. Be available to travel as required. Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams. Be an effective problem identification and solution skills. Have proven analytical and organizational ability. Be proficient in HAZOPS and HAZID Assessments, Project Risk Assessments and development of Risk Management Plans.
