- Bachelor’s degree in communications-related field (PR, journalism, marketing, etc) is preferred - Minimum of 3 years professional experience with relevant experience in communications, ideally with an interest in technology and innovation - Excellent organization, project management and communication skills - Exceptional copywriting skills, with ability to tell a powerful story — taking complex concepts and transforming them into easily digestible, engaging communications - Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic locations - Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 (incl. SharePoint) - Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), German is a plus - Experience in digital content creation (e. g. video creation) is preferred - Experience working in a global, complex organization is preferred - Experience/knowledge in Procurement area is a plus
