The Benefits Partner will be responsible for design and implementation of best in class solutions for benefits delivery in EMEA. Manage vendor relationships (e.g., insurance brokers and benefits carriers) to ensure timely, accurate and compliant administration of assigned programs Design and implement the Benefits communication plan for delivering educational materials, presentations, and workshops etc. to enhance employees' understanding of available benefits Continually evaluate current practices to find better ways getting the job done, innovative ways to solve problems, and employ a hands-on approach Work together EMEA Payroll, HR Partnering teams and regional People Service teams, external brokers and consultants to design and implement benefit programs; be point of contact for HR Partnering teams and regional People Services teams for escalations related to benefits, striving to resolve issues promptly and efficiently Provide exceptional service to all stakeholders and support as needed to resolve questions, concerns or take feedback Assist Benefits Ops teams with the implementation of new programs and changes to plans and/or administrative procedures. Build reports and dashboards to give stakeholders visibility into relevant metrics Present recommendations on initiatives and influence stakeholders through data and thoughtful interpretation of findings
