Country Sales Manager (m/f/d) DACH
Aufgaben:
As Country Sales Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for aligning the local business strategy for the DACH region with the strategy of the EU business unit. You will lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers, Regional Marketing Managers and Channel Managers, driving all related activities to develop and grow your region and increase sales. Your area of responsibility will include the following tasks: - You define a local business strategy and set targets and guidelines for the local organization, our key accounts, marketing and sales partners - You will be responsible for preparing accurate business plan forecasts, market analyses and the medium-term sales pipeline and will be responsible for reporting - You will guide, monitor and support the sales team to ensure sales targets are met - Determine local marketing mix parameters (i.e. pricing, marketing activities, PSI, etc.), ensure local implementation of overall marketing plans and initiate appropriate local activities for existing products and new product launches - You will work closely with the sales enablement and G2M team to grow the business/sector and drive sales of new services and solutions - Also you will cooperate with Product Management and Customer success management in matters of product and service positioning - Last but not least you will lead the assigned organization, and ensure employees qualification, development and performance management
Qualifikationen:
- You have a University Degree, at least 8 years of relevant experience in the field and a deep technological expertise - Excellent know how in operational processes, technologies, products, markets and effective project management - You are fluent in German and English - Experience in Business and Account Development in B2B is essential - Very strong communication and negotiation skills
